CAR RENTAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Driver's Licence and Age

Minimum 2 year of valid national or international driver's licence and 21 years old age.

Rental Period

Minimum rental is 24 hours.Special rates are applied for long term rentals.

Rates

Rates include oil , maintenance ,Collisison Damage Waiver (C.D.W)Theft Insurance ,Third Party Insurance (up to the legal limits ), 18 % Value Added Tax (VAT)Chauffeur-driven cars and guide available upon request.

Payment and Deposit

The full rental fee is charged at the start of rental.Payments can be made cash or with credit card.Credit card empty slipt or cash deposit is required.

RENT A CAR RESERVATION

You can contact us filling the rent a car reservation form properly and sending us.

PAYMENT MODE

1-You can pay in cash or with credit card when car is being delivered.

2-You can pay with credit card filling the mail order form and sending it via email or fax or call us at time of reservation.

3-You can pay in cash when you pick the car or with bank money transfer at the time of reservation.

Excess of Rental Period

Each additional hour up to 3 hours will be charged at 1 /3 of the rate applied.Any fraction is excess of 3 hours will be computed as a full day .

Additional Driver

Additional drivers must register at the start of rental at the renta contract , otherwise insurance becomes void .And both renter and the person who drives the car is kept responsible and be charged for all damage given .Fee for each additional driver 5 Euro / 3 gbp per day .Maximum 3 additional drivers .

Insurance

All car hire prices include Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W),Theft Insurance and third party insurance (up the limits ).However ,if the car is driven ; under the influence of alcohol and drugs ,above the legal speed limits ,the driver was 100 % of fault ,if the traffic report and the alcohol report in not submitted within 48 hours ,Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) is considered void ,the driver is kept responsible for the damage.Insurance does not cover the lost car keys and papers of the car, the driver is kept responsible.Insurance does not cover tyres ,windscreens ,headlights and the underneath of vehicles can be purchased at 5 Euro / 3 gbp per day.

Airport Delivery

For rentals of 3 days and more delivery to the airport of the city where the car is rented is free of charge.For rentals of less then 3 days airport delivery will be priced according to km to the airport.Also any delivery to places other then our offices is subject to charge and will be priced accordingly.

One Way Rentals

One -way fees will apply regardless of the rental length in the event of the vehicle is returned to a different location.

Traffic Fines

Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.

Extra services

Child seats ,airport delivery ,Chauffeur-driven cars and guide available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Client can cancel according to our cancellation policy and may get refund.Our cancellation policy.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your rental ,Turgutreis Tours Car Rental will levy a charge for the cancellation of your booking prior to your collection date(see below).

-No refunds will be given for rentals ended early ,for late collections,for no shows or for cancellations made after the rental start date.All cancellations must be made in writing ,mailed to info@turgutreistours.com or fax to + 90-252-382-41-28 and will take effect from the date received by Turgutreis Tours Car Rental. Thats why please check wheather your email or fax reach us or not.

Cancellation charges are ;

7 or more days before start date ,...10 €....
6-3 days before start date % 20
2-0 days before start date % 30

Important Notes

In case of an accident , the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid.
