SHARED BODRUM AIRPORT TRANSFERS IN BODRUM PENINSULA TURKEY
You pay for your seat and share the transfer vehicle with other passengers. On a
Shared Transfer service you will be sharing your transfer with other passengers
arriving around the same time as yourself and travelling to the same destination.
As soon as all passengers have met the driver you will be taken to your
destination as directly as possible. Most Shared Transfers are operated in 17
passenger minibuses.
On a Shared Transfer you will select the departure times which best suit your
requirements. You will need to meet your driver at the designated meeting point,
as per the instructions on your Transport Voucher, for the times stated. A
Shared Transfer will leave at the departure time stated. Should you miss this
departure you will be offered space on the next available service.

You hire the vehicle for yourself and your group.The vehicle types will be
catered to your group size, ranging from taxis and minibuses for smaller groups,
right up to 46 passenger coaches for the largest groups. Your driver will, in
most cases be awaiting your arrival and will transport you directly and
efficiently to your accommodation. We have organised discounted rates for Large
Groups Transfers, so you can be sure that you will be getting the best value
transfers available.

AIRPORT TRANSFER BOOKING CONDITIONS
At the time of booking you will receive a Reservation Request, which will then
be confirmed by Turgutreis Tours. On confirmation of your booking you will
receive a Transport Voucher, which you should print and carry with you when you
travel and which contains important travel information.
In most cases your driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with an
Turgutreis Tours sign bearing the lead name of your group. This may however vary
depending on your airport and the service you have booked, so it is important to
follow the Airport Instructions on your Transport Voucher, which give you full
details.
If you have booked a Private Transfer your driver should be ready to depart as
soon as your group has arrived. If you have booked a Shared Transfer, you will
be scheduled to travel with other passenger arriving on flights at a similar
time to your own. As soon as all these passengers have arrived you will be
transported directly as possible to your destination. Where flights arrive on
time we aim to leave within 45 minutes of meeting your driver.
Private Transfers are normally direct and door-to-door. Shared Transfers may be
subject to brief stops to collect or drop-off other clients.
In most cases Turgutreis Tours drivers speak English.
All smaller group transfers, those services supplied in cars and minibuses, are
supplied in vehicles with seat belts. Larger buses may not supplied in vehicles
with seat belts. All transfers are supplied in line with local regulations.
The majority of Turgutreis Tours Transfers are supplied in the new model
Volkswagen minibus, or an equivalent vehicle. However other vehicles will be
used to specifically accommodate your group, whatever the size.
Cancellations must be made by email to the Turgutreis Tours Office (info@turgutreistours.com)
and will be confirmed by email. Cancellations must be made more than 7 days in
advance of the outbound date of travel. In the event of a cancellation by the
Client or Passenger, Turgutreis Tours, at its absolute discretion may refund the
cost of the transfer (and any supplements paid) subject to an € 10
administration fee and the card transaction fee.
